Le Musée de la Ville est consacré à l'histoire de la cité : son origine, son développement au cours des siècles et la vie de ses habitants. Il conserve également la statue originale de Manneken-Pis et sa somptueuse garde-robe.

Het Museum van de Stad Brussel is gewijd aan de geschiedenis van de stad, haar ontwikkeling door de eeuwen heen en het leven van haar inwoners. Het originele beeldje van Manneken-Pis en zijn indrukwekkende garderobe worden ook bewaard in het museum.

The museum is devoted to the history of Brussels: fine and applied arts, the origin and development of the city, the history of the people of Brussels and the dressing room of that quintessentially Brussels symbol, Manneken-Pis!
