iDklic was created in 2006 in Brussels, Belgium. Our company is a digital marketing specialist in retail pharmacy. Our technology and services are present in more than 1,250 pharmacies across Europe. With its roots in the heart of Europe, iDklic responded to a need from the pharmacy retail market : maximise the communication and
services with the customer and trigger impulse purchases with high-in return products.

With more than 10 years of experience in this sector, we’ve seen the health and wellness industry undergoing significant change : falling profit margins, tougher competition from generic drug makers and discounters as well as the grown of online purchases are some of the issues faced by pharmacies.

The pharma industry is under increasing financial strain, and that’s where we come in by providing solutions to these problems.
